I am looking for a program that let me understand which muscle governs which
movements in the body. One way such a program could work would be that I click
on the muscle(s) and I get to see an animation what happens when it contracts.
I have set a low price on this question, since I only ask for some
searching.I did some google search myself, but could not find it. It
has to be an interactive application, an explanation of what muscle
does what is not enough.

Thanks nproctor. A web page with animation was just as good (better
actually, since its free). Your comments is as good answer as I would
have expected,so why don't you collect your $5.

The BBC has a pretty impressive interactive site on the human body.

For muscles, start here:

Sorry - just noticed that you were looking for a program rather than a website.

In that case it might be worth checking out 'Interactive Functional
Anatomy' from Primal Pictures:
