Another from the contest, huh?  Well, the key here, as with many of
the questions, is the wording.  The word being "nod".  However, there
is a bit of controversy as it relates to the answer.

Both Daniel Boone and Betsy Ross are the only two real-life Americans
to be memorialized as a Pez dispenser.  The controversy lies in the
fact that Paul Revere was also, however, the official name of his
dispenser was "Captain" and not his name.
