I have web based software ( http://www.webpasties.com ) that people
can use to add components like web polls and slideshows to their
website. The problem is that the software is provided as a web based
service rather than as a download. Since my software is not a
download, I can not announce it on traditional software sites like
download.com, tucows.com, and freshmeat.net. Does anyone have a list
of sites that are appropriate for announcing my web based software?

I should clarify my question in that I am looking for web sites that
do no charge in order to be listed.

Submit it on download.com and that should do the trick.

I take back my comment. You can use web based advertising.

Web based advertising costs money. I am looking for sites like
download.com that do not cost money to submit my website to.
