This tablet is Bumetanide, in the 1 milligram strength. Bumetanide
(which is a loop diuretic) is the only prescription drug that fits
your description in every respect:

"Imprint Code: 1 / Z4233
Drug/Strength/Manufacturer: Bumetanide 1mg - Nat Pharmpak Serv
Description: Bevel-Edged / Z on the upper half 4233 on the lower -
Bisected - Tablet

Imprint Code: Z4233 / 1
Drug/Strength/Manufacturer: Bumetanide 1mg - Nat Pharmpak Serv
Description: Z On The Upper Half And 4233 On The Lower - Scored /
Bevel-Edged - Tablet

Imprint Code: Z4233 / 1
Drug/Strength/Manufacturer: Bumetanide 1mg - HL Moore / Geneva / Major
Description: Z Over 4233 - Tablet

Imprint Code: Z4233 / 1
Drug/Strength/Manufacturer: Bumetanide 1mg - Bumex - Zenith Goldline /
Bumex - Zenith Goldline
Description: Tablet - Yellow - Round"

RxList: Imprint Search

Here you can learn more about the drug:

Google search strategy:

Google Web Search: bumetanide

I hope this is helpful.

pinkfreud-
I'd love to learn more about your Google search strategy. You didn't
know it was bumetanide from the color and the imprints. Was your first
search something like 'letters on pill' or something? Thanks.

applecore,

My first search was not a Google search. I headed straight to the
RxList.com site to search for imprint codes. I used the search string
*4233 to find a list of drugs which have that number imprinted upon
them. When I noted that bumetanide 1mg met the exact description given
by the customer, I knew that I had found the answer.
