I am running Outlook 2000 SP-3 with Windows XP Home. When someone
sends me an email with embedded graphics, those graphics arrive as
attachments! Also, I used to drag a graphic file into an email I was
writing and it would appear embedded in the text. But now it appears
as an icon at the bottom of the screen, below a horizontal line (as an
attachment). Can anyone tell me what is going on? I want the graphics
embedded, not as attachments, if possible. Thanks. Gordon.

Are you using MS Word to edit emails? If so, cut and paste the
graphics (not the files) in. Works like a charm!
