Is there a website that has a detailed *technical* comparison of cell
phone "reception" from phone to phone.  I want to be able to compare
the ability of a cell phone to make and keep calls in marginal areas.  

I am NOT looking for non-technical answers such as "My friend's cell
phone gets 3 bars in the basement and mine gets 2". =)
