I am not familiar with the game, but have found some information that
will help you.
The link will need to be copy and pasted. It is a cached version of
the page and you'll see words highlighted. Those words are keywords I
used to search for help while stuck at Peterny.
You'll see on the page I'm posting all those words highlighted, which
will hopefully give you some answers to getting unstuck. Those
keywords are:
