I lost a 3rd party MSWord template that enabled me to print my Outlook
Calendar inluding the "notes" field for each entry. As far as I can
tell, there's no way to force Outlook to include this field in any of
its "print" functions. Can you help me print "notes" with Calendar
printout?

Hi cginla,

When you print out an Outlook calendar, the notes field is blank for
handwritten notes. Have you tried this free add-on?

My Outlook Calendar:
"Customizable Word template for generating and printing Outlook weekly
and monthly calendars. Print any Outlook calendar that you have access
to, including calendars from other users' mailboxes and Public
Folders. Add color coding by category or by type of item (one-day
event, multiple-day event, etc.) Specify time and date formats and the
title for the calendar. Freeware, 121kb, 17 Oct 2000. Available in
versions for Office 2000 version (may work with Office 2002 as well)
and Office 97/Outlook 98."

Thanks for the reference, but I've already downloaded that one; it
works as advertised, but DOESN'T print the "notes" field. Any other
thoughts?

Hi cginla,

What third-party MSWord template were you using before?

Hummer, I don't recall, and for the record, I think I was mistaken.
I've gotten out my paper copies from those past years, and see that
the "notes" field wasn't included, so I was probably using some
version of "myolcal."

Any other suggestions?

cginia: Do you NEED the Outlook calendar? Or would a GREAT Word
calendar do? (Doesn't interface with OL)

Sadly, there's 5 years of data in the OUtlook calendar, to which I
frequently refer. However good a Word calendar might be, it would be a
wrenching change.
.
All that said ... tell me more about the Word calendar... Thanks!
