I removed one of the identities in Outlook Express and when this occured I lost all emails associated with this identity, as well as the address book. How can I retrieve these emails (and email addresses) from my PC? Is there a way to locate them and import them into my other identity, which is still running. As far as I know I am running the latest Outlook Express, Windows XP and Internet Explorer. Please keep answers simple and precise if possible. thanks in advance! BB |

Hi!! First of all try to not use your email client until you can recover your mails. Then try with one of these products: -Final Email: I used this and worked fine for me. http://www.finaldata.com/sub_products/products_1.asp?p_no=10&pc1_code=winc -Recover My Files http://www.recovermyfiles.com/Recover_deleted_email.html -Restorer2000: http://www.bitmart.net/r2k.shtml Demo versions will let you preview the contents of the deleted files on your hard drive. Let me know how this works in order to continue the research if it is necessary. Best regards. livioflores-ga | |

Solid answers. Some of the software recommended didn't live up to expectations |
