Question ID: 403289
I have a Zojirushi NS-PC10. I lost the measuring cup for it a few
months ago, and since then have been using a 1:1.5 ratio, which gives
very mixed results. Also, the nonstick cooking bowl has lost a lot of
its nonstickiness.

(1) What is the exact size of the measuring cup the NS-PC10 comes with?

(2) Can I buy just a replacement cup somewhere?

(3) Where can I buy a replacement non-stick pan for this model?

Answer to number 1 should be a volume measurement - not a
rice-to-water ratio. I've experimented a lot, but have never managed
to get the perfect rice that using the cup and the numbers on the pan
gave me.

Answer to number 2 and 3 should give a direct link to a product page
on a retailer's web site where I could buy the item. If the retailer's
web site doesn't support such a direct link, the retailer name and the
part number will suffice.

), but they don't list either one of the parts I need.

sorry about that. When you access the website and scroll down ho the
desired product, they list something called a dew cup ... I thought
that might be the name for the measuring cup you need.

also when you access the website ... right at the top of the page is a
remark advising that you can email them with requests for parts not
shown on the website.

Good luck
