Hello Mschactman, According to the National Center for Educational Statistics, there are 4,168 colleges and Universities in the United States. 59 percent were classified as 4 years and above, meaning they offered a bachelor's or higher degree; the remaining 41 percent offered the associate's as the highest degree.?
