I am looking for specific information pertaining to the use of fire or
EMS vehicles in terrorist activities.  I believe there have been
occasions in the Middle East(Palestine, Iraq, Asia and Lima, Peru.  I
would like to know the vehicles used, groups involved, dates and
locations.

incidents of EMS vehicles being commandeered by terrorists, but no
further details are given:
