I'm looking to buy a condo in Big Island, Hawaii.
Is there any condo or town homes that accept a large dog? 
I'm looking in Kona, Waikoloa, Waimea and Hilo area. 
Could you list some condos which allow large dog(Labrador Retriever) to live in?

your answer. However, if that is not satisfactory, I have an answer
back to an e-mail I sent to a realtor on your behalf. If you want to
pursue this, he needs to know:

 Can you tell me how many bedrooms, whether you want ocean view and in
what price range you?re considering? If I can narrow the list down

I have information including pictures e-mailed to me by the only
realtor that responded to my searching. There are 5 condos each in
Kona and Waikoloa that meet your size and price ranges. Here is what
the realtor said in his message:

Here are the 2 bedroom condos listed in the $150-400K range in Kona.
I'll follow up with Waikoloa listings. Please look through and let me
know which complexes/units interest you. I'll find out what the size
restrictions are on dogs. Also, if you have any difficulty viewing the
material (text & pix) please let me know. I can send in another format
or fax.

I e-mailed the realtor back and explained that I am trying to help you
by answering your question. I told him that the main criteria is the
large dog. I don't know whether I will hear back again or not even
though I assured him that this is a real request that could possibly
result in a sale.

Our problem now is that you and the realtor need to deal with each
other directly. I feel that this realtor will be able to find exactly
what you want. This is the only response I got out of many e-mails
sent and the properties he has turned up look great to me. Do you want
me to post this realtor's contact info as the answer to your question.

Here is the latest e-mail that I got from Jerry Sick this PM:

I've spoken with the management companies for the complexes with units
currently listed. So far, the only one that allows dogs without
restriction to size and without prior approval of the board of
directors or the owners association is Elima Lani in Waikoloa Village.

I spoke with the property manager for the Kona Eastwind complex today.
She said dogs are allowed in this complex. The owners association has
recently tried to change the bylaws and no longer allow pets but they
have not been able to gather enough support. So, at this point, I've
given you Elima Lani, Ali'i Park Place and Kona Eastwind. Please let
me know if any of these properties is suitable.
