I am in a Citrix environment. One customer uses an IBM Proprinter 1332.
It has 2 tray selections. When I log on as Administrator and see the
tray selections and make the change to use both trays, it will not
hold the settings. It loses them as soon as I log off and back on as
the users. Can you help?
Is there a registry change that needs to be made? I looked up in google search
http://groups.google.com/groups?q=citrix+tray&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&selm=Xns928FDFC744CEFveranoesthemutforsse%40195.58.103.121&rnum=1,
but this is for an HP printer. I followed this persos suggesitons but
could not find anythgin in the registry that woudl make the change.

Is this printer on the Server side or client side?

Greetings:
The printer is on the client side. We make the adjustment on the
server side, we see the 2nd tray, and then when the clinet logs in
they can see it as well, as soon as we (admin) log off and then the
client logs off and then back on the settign sgo away. There has to be
some type of settigning in the registry that we can tell it to use
both trays?

In Citrix Connection Configuration double click the ICA listener port,
Select the Client Settings button, and ensure "Connect client printers
at logon" is checked. Ensure "Inherent User Config" is checked ,
ensure that "connect client printers at logon" is selected in the
UserConfig button for each user account within User Manager for
Domains or the Environment Tab within Active Directory Users and
Computers/Computer Management-Local Users and Groups.

Make tray settings locally on client PC before connecting through Citrix.
