Hi kristawalk,

The first thing to do is scan for viruses and spyware. Follow the
directions at KRC and let us know how it goes.

KRC AntiSpy Tutorial:

Good luck,

Yes, I can log on. It's everytime I turn on computer & I have to hit
cancel to each of them until it runs through them & then I can log on.

Hi kristawalk,

As described in the tutorial that I sent you, you should scan with
more than one program. At the very least, run the following (in the
order given).

1) Run HouseCall, a very thorough online virus scan:
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

Download and run the following programs ("check for updates" before scanning):

2) CWShredder:
http://www.spychecker.com/program/coolwebshredder.htmls

2) Adaware

4) SpyBot

Kristawalk,

You will need to boot the computer in what is called safemode and then
look at a key in the registry, this key will contain the various
spyware that is loaded on to your computer.

You can delete what you do not need.

I can help you further if you wish?
