How do I delete an encrypted folder in Windows XP? I had reformatted
my hard drive and was able to recover the encrypted folders to another
location, but now I have duplicates and an unable to delete the
encrypted folders. Is this possible? If so, how do I do it? Is there a
tool available for download and/or purchase that can do this?

You can reset file or folder permisions with cacls command in windows
XP or Windown 2000 and after that copy it easly

It tells me access is denied when I try that (after it asks if I'm sure).
