Hello there,
The friendly folks at the US Government make available a very large
database of companies that do business (or may one day do business)
with the federal government...there are zillions of companies listed
there.
The database can be searched very easily by geography -- companies in
(or near) Charlotte, NC, for instance.
It's a little clunky when it comes to searching on the type of
business, but it can definitely find a whole lot of web services and
design companies in your area.
For instance, the first record that popped up in my search was:

Our site is currently under construction, and all of the links are not
active. They will be active by mid October. As far as the Flash movie
not functioning, I'm not sure about that, as it works fine here, on
several different machines. Can you describe to me what the Flash
movie does for you.

Because the Flash links are not working, Researchers cannot see "the
areas that are displayed on the website". We can only see the general
pages, which do not specify your client focus, -unless- you are
seeking to outsource web design.
