fordpartsonline.com has the starter for $119.49. With shipping it's probably $130.

It isn't too hard to do, probably 1.5 hours labor max. It's going
to vary widely depending on the garage, but I'd guesstimate $75 labor.

So a total of around $205.

Also...how do you know your starter is bad? If you turn the key and
just hear a click it could be your starter relay/solenoid (a $10 part)
or it could even be your battery cables (which was the problem on my
1995 F-150.)
