Is there any open source software that divides words in an English text into syllables? (E.g. I enter "Your satisfaction is completely guaranteed" and get "Your sa- tis- fac- tion is com-plete-ly etc.) | |

Hi, Check out the following websites. http://www.textanalysis.info/inforet.htm it provides a lot of related info. It provides several liguistic tools that you will need. Do check out Textalyzer it is a free text analysis tool that counts words, sentences, syllables, and even lexical density. Almost all the tools are documented and have enough detail for anyone to understand and operate efficiently. |
