Is their a program or software that have the capability to predict
head or tail in the next flip of a coin based on a given pattern of
past results. Hereunder is the example wherein, Head is numerically
coded as 1 and Tails as 2.
      Flip Result
      ---- ------
       1st 2
       2nd 2
       3rd 1
       4th 2
       5th 1
       6th 2
       7th 1
       8th 1
       9th 1
      10th 2
      11th ???

The software will provide close probable result for the 11th flip either 1 or 2.

In my ussage, patterns of past results composes of 20 to 300 flips/trials.

The probability is always 50% head / 50% tail for every flip.
The coin has no brain to remember past results.
So if there is a program it can only be a scam.
