We are seeking a modern CNC shop that will produce parts from our DXF files.

Part drawing can be seen at:
http://www.ofoto.com/BrowsePhotos.jsp?&collid=99324679306

The parts are made of half-hard 360 brass, with a surface finish
between 65-35 RMS. The surface finish is very important, and may be a
second op for the part. We require approx 6,000 parts per year of 8
different part numbers. These parts need 3 different plating finishes
(chrome, satin nickel and black chrome).

We prefer to find a shop in China or Mexico or another country, with
good customer service (ie, emails/telephone answered in a timely
fashion, engineers familiar with NURBS, G-code, etc). We have already
seached Kompass, Lexis/Nexis, ABI/INFORM Trade & Industry, ABI/INFORM
Global, Business Source Elite, and more.

Any replies greatly appreciated and compensated. Prefer Company name,
Contact person, telephone number and email, or any combination of the
above.

Regards,
CultureJam

Have you investigated or would you be interested in companies with
offices in the USA that have their machine shops located in Asia,
Mexico or Russia.

Yes, we have tried various "expiditors" here in the US, but the prices
are high, and when there is a QC or other issue, it creates a delay in
the communication chain. I may comsider some that have low markup and
excellent (fast, accurate and relevant) response. Thanks!

I have contacted vaious expeditors, and they are only interested in
large production runs ($30,000 min order, etc). So we are seeking the
original short-run CNC shops, preferrably in Shanghai, PRC. Regards,
Doug

Yes, MfgQuote has less than 20 suppliers in China. We are seeking a
direct connection, most likeley in Shanghai. Thanks!

Hello -

If I understand you, Mfgquote *won't* work for you?

This company is in the US, but they supply the software that allows
you to design your own product, then they create the run for you to
your specifications. Does this work as an answer?

no, MFGQuote will *not* suffice. Nor will the othe clarification.
