I am looking for a nationwide list of medical center (or health
system) HIPAA Security Officers that includes names and email
addresses.
I am primarily interested in HIPAA Security Officers. However, HIPAA
Compliance and/or Privacy Officers will be acceptable, as well.

Well, there are tens of thousands. I would be willing to accept
several hundred (meaning no less than 200) but they would need a
parameter of being no less than 500 bed hospitals or medical centers.
(This is somewhat negotiable. Let me know if you woould like to
discuss more).
