Hi Loving Favor! Thank you for your clarification. The National Automobile Dealers Association provides statistics regarding vehicle sales in the United States. - 8,103,200 new cars were sold in 2002 - 8,714,300 light duty trucks were sold in 2002 A total 16,817,500 light duty vehicles were sold in the United States in the year 2002. See page two of the following publication for new car sales from 1993-2003 http://www.nada.org/Content/NavigationMenu/Newsroom/NADAData/20043/NADAData_2004_newvehicle.pdf I hope this helps! Best regards, Bobbie7 |
