I have Windows XP and Word 2000. When trying to print to to a Samsung
CLP500 printer (the printer is served by a SBS 2003 server), I keep
getting "Insufficient Memory. Please Save document" The same document
prints fine on other computers. What is happening here?

Troubleshooting Word printing issues:

1. Try reinstalling the printer driver. You don't have to remove the
existing one, but printer drivers/setups can easily become corrupt.

2. Sometimes, a failed print job will leave a nasty temporary file on
your hard drive. Be sure your hard drive is cleaned up. Usually, you
can just empty the TEMP folder, but not always. Complete instructions
here were written by me:

3. There *could* be something wrong with the document itself, but this
is less likely since you say it works fine on other PCs. However, this
test won't hurt: Save the file as file type RTF. Close it. Reopen it
and save it as a DOC again. Then test print.

3. The most common problem with Word is a bad normal.dot file. Perhaps
your normal.dot file is not corrupt enough to cause problems in all
documents, but only this one. While it's less likely that it needs to
be done, I'm adding it to the list anyway: Word troubleshooting.
Here's the steps written by me:

I hope this helps!
