Is the $1000 campaign contribution cap per person per candidate
applicable to corporations? and $1000 per plate fundraisers? and
non-citizens and foreigners? I was just curious, since the
fundraising numbers thrown around in "Farenheit 9/11" seem a little
high if this cap applies. (I tried using a Google search to track
down an answer but only came up with state-specific limits.) Thanks!
