When moving a fridge recently we ended up with a large vertical scratch on it. I'd like to find a fridge magnet to cover most of it up. Ideally, I'd like to find one with a motivational quote or poem of some sort. Quotable Cards and some other companies have these but they are generally 4" x 4" in size. I need something that's at least 12" tall and ideally not every wide. If anyone can of any assistance, please let me know. Thanks. | |

Hello jpbischke-ga, I hope you'll have fun with your Magnetic Solids. I'm glad the solution I proposed works for you. I'm sure others will also find them irresistable. Enjoy! ~ czh ~ ---------------- Here are the mosaic magnets that you could use to cover the scratch on your fridge and provide hours of fun as well. http://www.greggomagnets.com/mos_000_index.html Mosaics http://www.greggomagnets.com/mos_009_stripes.html Magnetic Stripes I have the Marble set and it?s wonderful. The colors are much more subtle than the enlarged picture shown here. The stripes might be to your liking because of the dimensions. You can choose from lots of themes and colors. Here are several other magnet mosaics that come in various colors, sizes and themes. http://www.kidalog.com/shopfactory/enter.html?target=dept_352.html&lang=en-us Magnet Sets http://www.educationallearninggames.com/mandala-mosaic.asp Mandala Mosaic - Educational Puzzle and Brain Teasers http://store.yahoo.com/explo/fractiles7.html Fractiles 7 http://store.yahoo.com/explo/macocu.html Magnetic Color Cubes As araminty-ga suggested, you could also make your own magnets. You can find magnets of various sizes at any crafts store. You could also order custom magnets from an online vendor or your local copy center. I hope these options will provide you with a suitable answer on how to deal with the scratch on your refrigerator. Please let me know if you can accept this as an official answer. ~ czh ~ ---------------------- |

Almost exactly what I'm looking for (and what I was ideally looking for most likely doesn't exist). Thanks to czh for the answer and to pinkfreud and araminty for their help as well! |

This doesn't have a quote or poem, but the size sounds right: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4306761255&category=20651 |

You can buy a product allowing you to print your own magnets using your PC. An example of this product is at http://www.aink.com/glosinprinma.html You may also like to try your local stationary shop. Regards, Araminty |
