One is a burner

Requirements:
black bevels on both
IDE
The burner should be a good one, that works with winXp?s built-in
software and with stuff like Nero.
Hoping to pay $50 or less for both (or close to it)

The best I have been able to come up with is around $55.00 total (includes
shipping) which includes Nero.  For a little bit more, you get PowerDVD 5.

The above gets you the following, both with black bezels:

- E-IDE/ATAPI 16X DVD-ROM, 48X CD-ROM drive
- E-IDE/ATAPI Write 52X CD-R, 32X CD-RW, Read 52X CD-R/R, 40X CD-RW drive
