If you are refering to call 1 number and 2 phones ring then.

No .. There is not a wireless company that will do this for you at this time.

Most current phones operate with a small sim card that is behind that
battery on your phone. It is a small smart card. Each is programmed
individually for each phone. There are devices (for testing) where you
are able to examine or program these cards but it is not as simple as
insert card and type a number and they would be the same. Most smart
cards work with Hexadecimal code.

i'm no expert, but in the UK this is called A multi-sim card, which
can be used on additional handsets.
Vodafone UK charge an extra £7.00 per month for its use. It may be
only available to business customers

You direct which handset you wish to ring, by puching in a code.
I don't believe that you can have both handsets ring at the same time,
but is highly useful if you want to switch between, say afixed handset
in the car to a mobile handset.
You can obtain really good advice from Timico Newark, UK
