send an email to that address given in your question. If so, what
happens when you try to send the email? Do you get a Failure Message,
or is there no reply to your query?
You could try the two email addresses mentioned on the webpage: "
admin at timlowedvd . com " or " info at timlowedvd . com " (NOTE:
You need to replace "at" with "@", and you need to type these
addresses with no spaces)

Do you mean that you have already been given a "Passcode", but you are
having trouble logging on to the website? If this is the case, then
you need to contact Tim or whoever gave you the passcode and discuss
it with them.
