I need online articles, resources, any related authority (i.e.
individuals) that say it is industry practice for investment managers
who serve as board of directors in a portfolio company (i.e. a company
in which the investment manager's fund has invested) is a positive
thing and the standard practice is for the investment manager to keep
any director compensation.
