I need to know from which city that ips came from: 24.211.59.84 and
199.82.243.71. I believe that they both came from this same one. Any
ideas?
I already know that it is somewhere in SC.

These sites allow you to discover more about an IP address and
sometimes a domain name that is attached to it.  In my experience, it
is a notoriously difficult thing to be able to do reliably!
