I am looking for some information on canada penal system. Specificaly
i am looking for the number on prisoner in canada as a whole (federal
prisons) and each province(provincial prisons). I also want the annual
cost of a federal prisonner and provincial prisonner(Just Québec would
be enough). I also want to have information Prison builders, specific
company that transforms building in prisons, with approximate
cost/cell. And info on Private prisons in quebec-canada, do they
exist? has there any steps taken to open one? is the govermnet ready
for that? Ans any information on opening a private prison in Quebec.
