The home that I now reside in is up for sale, I need to provide 10% of
purchase price in order to obtain mortgage. I know I can afford to pay
the monthly mortgage based on the rent I now pay to the landlord. All
I need is someone to help me obtain the required deposit

If you have good credit you can get a loan from a bank. Useully the
only way anyone would invest is if they are going to make a financial
gain in the process.You could try http://www.ideashappen.com and hope
