I am looking for the name of a comedy movie I saw on a Canadian TV
station in the late 70?s or early 80?s.  It was set in early England
or France Victorian age.  It was about a masked man who robbed rich
women in carriages and then make love to them.  The only thing the
women could tell the police was that he had a mole on his penis.  The
masked man called himself Big Dick or the gun he used to rob them Big
Dick, I can?t remember which.  There were two bumbling police officers
assigned to catch the robber.  One of the officers hung outside in the
area of the pub where the gentlemen would relieve themselves looking
for the man with the mole on his penis.  The only other scene I can
recall was at the end of the movie that takes place in a church a
wedding scene I think.  This old ugly hag was playing an organ and she
had to keep stopping from playing to re-pump the bellows in the organ.
 I know it is not much but it is all I can remember about this movie.
