The kidnapping/wrongful retention was dome with such malice that all
papers proving the existence of the person kidnapped was impossible to
prove except through photos. The potential danger to the child
overides the privacy rights of the kidnapping father. The evidence was
warranted by a local police colonel in cambodia- where it is legal.
