I am preparing a business plan for a music web site
for Licensed Indian music content - audio only

Could you please send me the following 
-- the tariff information
---how do we get the content
-- what log do we need maintain
-- how long is the license valid for
-- Particularly interested in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu and Hindustani
and Carnatic music

Thanks for the information.
Unfortunately these were the same sites I went through before I asked the question.
None of the sites have a valid email address to contact nor the links
to tarriff /application pages are broken.

Any additional info on this would be greatly appreciated.

You are right about the invalid email addresses, 
I tried contacting IPRS and IMI and got back "invalid message" and
"over quota"

I did manage to get contact addresses for two of the three publishers:

I managed to call the office in Chennai-India
ans spoke to a person and the correct emnail address to that person is
ebenezer@indianmi.org

Waiting for my clarification from that person.

You can close this issue from your side, I leave it up to you whether
to charge me or not.
