I'm looking for comprehehnsive analysis on the burrito business in the
US.  The answer should be my starting point for research before
writing a business plan for a burrito start-up business.

--> Who are the major players (company URLs), what revenues are
generated, total market value, growth trends, etc.
--> What are the trends in the market, trends in the product (i.e.,
more healthy, bigger burritos, etc.)?
--> What does the consumer look like (age, sex, income levels, etc.).  
--> Please reference industry trade publications, analyst reports, etc.
