I am the main administrator (I believe T-mobile terms it "responsible party") on a business account with T-mobile. The Federal Tax ID of the business, not my Social Security number, is the identifier for the account. I remember signing an agreement as the responsible party, but I do not recall, nor have a copy of, that agreement. Question: Am I personally responsible for the bill should the company default? I need something hard that will stand up in court for this. "My friend works for T-mobile..." comments are helpful and appreciated, but not what I need for an answer. Thank you in advance for your work. | |

First thing to do is ask T-Mobile for a copy of the Agreement you signed, which should tell you if you have personal liability. |
