I used WinRar (evaluation copy) to compress and split a single
directory into 3 CD-sized parts which I then burned onto CDs. Now
when I try to reassemble the parts, Part2 and Part3 are fine, but I
receive the following error with Part 1:
"! C:\Documents and Settings\dforsh\My Documents\My
Documents.part1.rar: The file "???" header is corrupt"

The CD itself does not appear to be physically damaged.

I am looking for an answer that will allow me to recreate the original
directory, presumably by somehow repairing this file or otherwise
recovering the data from it. File recovery from the hard disk is not
an option.

Thank you.
