Websites selling wallpapers, logos, MMS content for cell phones in
bulk. Preferably a package which includes license for reselling the
content. I'm currently only aware of:
http://www.mobilecontentcreators.com/

The equivelant in ringtones is: http://www.ringtonegarage.com - just
to give you an idea.

Note - this is not a request for sites selling mobile content to end users.
