Hi,

I am an Alien Resident in Georgia working under an H1B visa for a US
corporation. I have a business idea and have formed with a friend who
is a U.S. citizen a Limited Liability Company. Now, since I can't hold
a position and receive salary in the newly formed company, of which I
am an equal owner, how do I claim my part of the earnings on the
partnership IRS Form 1065? Thanks.
