403 you may not be authorized to view this page with the credentials
you have supplied or this object has beeb blocked. I have just begun
to get these two errors on my computer I have not added any programs
or made any changes to my machine. I am now unable to go to sites to
do such things as download thens or skins. how can I corect this
issue?

This could possibly have to do with your browser's internet
settings,which can provide a means to limit the content of sites
available to children. If you're using IE then go to "Tools" then
"Internet Options". Look under "Content". Normally this shouldn't be
enabled, but if it is you should try to turn it off, or at least
uncheck any limitations.
