1. Of the current U.S. Power wheelchair & scooter users, how many are
uninsured or their insurance won't pay for one?
2. Of the total number above with these types of mobility needs, how
many are estimated to need a power chair or scooter for a short-term
(less than six months-Usually insurance & Medicare won't pay for needs
less than six months)?

I am a mobility specialist and don't find many that are totally
without coverage for power wheelchairs.  Of course, I live in
Tennessee, where 3/4 of the population is on Tenncare.
