I'm looking for a song used in the trailer for the Palm Pictures release Noi.

I believe that the song is "Groove" by Slowblow.

It's Track 17 on the Noi Alibnoi soundtrack CD.  There's a brief clip
at TowerRecords.com (the part that starts at the "It's so cold"
subtitle seems to begin at around 0:20 on the Tower clip):
