Hi pmb2512,

This is the only address I could find, and it appears to be the
address of the attorneys. I am unable to verify if this facility is
still open. Apparently this clinic has been in some hot water over the
last few years. I am posting this answer as a clarification, as I am
unable to locate any facilities that meet your criteria.

The Rader programs are located in the US, and the information follows.

?Montreux Clinic for eating disorders appeals order to shut down
VICTORIA (CP) -- The world famous Montreux Clinic for eating disorders
is fighting to stay open, saying an order for it to close by the end
of the month was based on a biased hearing process.
David Harris, a spokesman for the clinic, said regional health
officials ignored positive evidence about the clinic's services.
"The process has not been set up to acknowledge natural justice," said
Harris, who is married to the clinic's well-known founder Peggy Claude
Pierre.
Montreux was told Dec. 1 that its licence would be revoked. Harris
said Wednesday the clinic will appeal to the Community Care Facility
Board.?
