have gotten the run around over and over (on phone) regarding
psychiatric visits- submitted claim, was told takes 4 weeks for
processing, then was denied..please help!

For starters, please describe:

1: On what grounds your claim was denied

2: Why you consider the denial to have been unreasonable

3: If there is any mechanism for appealing against such a denial. 

Complaints against corporations can and do fail because they do not
follow the prescribed mechanisms.

If you are unaware of the Complaints Procedure, it is worth asking the question.

Please be advised that your complaint is more likely to treated
sympathetically if you are seen as an eminently reasonable person.
