Hi al999,
A search for 'Faksegic' didn't turn up any results. Your question says
'...due to the following error.' In the event viewer is the error
message displayed? If so, can you post it?

Hi,

Can you do the following please and see if it fixes your problem:

1. Open 'Control Panel'.
2. Open 'Administrative Tools'
3. Open 'Services'
4. Look for the 'Faksegic' service, right click on it and choose properties.
5. Change its startup mode to disabled.
6. Close everything and restart.

Thanks.

What I would do is just uninstall the program, and reinstall it. If
that doesnt work, check the c:/program files folder for the missing
file. I hope thiss will help, sorry about the vagueness.

Oh I almost forgot, go to start>run> type "msconfig">click
startup>uncheck the bubble that says Faksegic, then restart, I hope
this may also Help.
