Hi rosie45,

I guess it depends on what category of famous people you are
interested in.  "Find a Grave" is a terrific website where you can
search for a grave of a particular person, browse categories, or
browse cemeteries. Here is a list of cemeteries in Chicago, with the
number of famous people buried in each - click on the link to see who
they are.
