My adult(purchased as young adult about 9 monthes ago) female pet rat
has occasional seizures(often in a standing position while her
forelegs rapidly wave up and down)and recently is lathargic and
appears to have  sporadic labored breathing. What causes this, and can
it be treated without spending a large amount of $ at the vet?
