Hi,

How are you connecting and what are you connecting to?

Sounds as if there's a MAC address range on the device you're connecting to.

If you give me more information, I may be able to troubleshoot the problem.

if you are using a router at home check the MAC address that is
allowed on your router. May be you are exceeding that limit.
